INFORMAÇÕES BANCO PAGADOR TITILOS DA DIVIDA EXTERNA DL6019/43

Antes do Tesouro Nacional realizar informações duvidosas em seu site relativo aos  ativos financeiros de renda fixa  denominados títulos do decreto lei 6019/43 plano A - que estão na lei orçamentaria para 2012 .

Porem a  falta de interesse da União em honrar os pagamentos dos títulos da dívida externa decreto lei 6019/43 plano A -  é tão grande que o Tesouro Nacional colocou em seu site, na relação dos títulos e seus respectivos agentes pagadores, um endereço que não existe do Banco New York Mellon no Reino Unido.  Governo Brasileiro informa na mesma relação  no site do Tesouro Nacional que o agente pagador do título  Municipality of Para de 1915 (Pref. de Belém de 1915) é o N.M. Rothschild & Sons Ltd.

...... a resposta de um  funcionário do banco N.M. Rothschild & Sons Ltd., encarregado de fazer os pagamentos dos títulos, alegou que o mesmo não era de responsabilidade de sua instituição, com as seguintes palavras:


... Sorry for the delay in replying to you. I have looked at the bonds in question and it looks like we are not the paying agent for the Municipality of Para Belem Bonds it appears to be the London and Brazilian Bank Limited, London or Banque Nationale de Paris in Brussels. ...”


 Tradução: Desculpe pela demora em responder a você. Eu olhei para os títulos em questão e parece que não somos os agentes pagadores do Município de Belém do Pará Bondsparece ser a de Londres e do Brasil Bank Limited, Londres ou Banque Nationale deParis, em Bruxelas. ... "


Nem mesmo o governo sabe dar informações oficiais em seu site sobre o resgate dos titulos da divida externa.... sendo assim não tem credibilidade nenhuma das informações que a receita federal e tesouro estão informando .
